Caroline Shaw is a creative director and brand identity designer with 12+ years at the intersection of sport, culture, and branding. Based in Toronto, Canada, she works independently partnering with founders, leagues, and major franchises on identity work built to last.
She has been a senior creative, studio co-owner, and hands-on creative lead in the rooms where brands are built and in the seat where the decisions have to stick. After years of building and leading inside major sport and entertainment organizations, she recognized that continued growth required new inputs, new rooms, and different pressures. Going independent was a deliberate move to get closer to the work.
For clients, that means senior-level creative without the overhead of an agency or the learning curve of someone who hasn't been in this arena. Founders and franchises get someone who understands both the work and the business behind it.
